Azurra Mosaics are happy to be supporting a Goldsmiths university MSc Occupational Psychology student by offering a prize of £50 of Azurra mosaic tiles. The prize will be awarded to one person, selected at random, who completes a short questionnaire that is a key element of the final project on her MSc course.Please check the Terms and Conditions for the prize draw below.
Terms and Conditions1. The prize is Azurra Mosaic tiles to the value of £50. There is no cash alternative.2. The competition is open to persons: a) aged 18 or over; b) in part or full-time employment (unfortunately the questions are not appropriate for self-employed people who are therefore not eligible); c) who complete the survey; and d) who enter a valid email address for notification purposes. Therefore NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY!.3. By completing the survey and giving their email address, individuals are accepting these rules.4. No more than one entry per person is allowed.5. The winning entry will be selected at random on 1 August 2008 from those submitted through the survey. No late entries will be considered for the prize.6. The winner will be notified by email to the email address they supplied with their entry. If they do not claim their prize within 21 days of notification, they forfeit the prize and another random winner will be selected in their place.7. The name and location of the winner will be available on request after 1 September 2008 by emailing ps701pm@gold.ac.uk8. The prize draw is not open to employees or staff of Azurra Mosaics, Goldsmiths, or their agents, families or partners.9. The prize must be used before 31 December 2008. Alternatively it can be claimed as a refund against an order made on or after 1 January 2008.10.
