We're sure that our tiles in your kitchen, bathroom, shower or as part of your mosaic art look stunning and we're pleased that you're back to buy more tiles from us!If you're a first time visitor then we believe that it is important for you to experience the quality and colour of our mosaic tiles for yourself. Pictures on a web page cannot do them justice so we'd like to send you a sample. When you've selected the tiles you like just e-mail us at info@mosaics.co.uk giving your name, address and details of the tiles you are interested in and we will put a sample in the post to you - free of charge.When you have decided which tiles you like making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Switch and Maestro. Alternatively you can pay by cheque and your order will be despatched when your cheque has cleared. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. If you choose not to order through our secure website then you can send your credit card information in the post. We do not advise that you send credit card details by e-mail or to leave them on our answerphone.When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And HandlingOur delivery terms are £5.00 + VAT for every 3 boxes (or part thereof).We aim to deliver in 1 - 2 working days from order to all UK mainland destinations (apart from the north of Scotland where deliveries can take a day longer). Please Email for areas outside UK mainland and Scottish Highlands which are not covered by these charges and we will be happy to quote for delivery.For larger orders of 50 metres+ please Email us for pallet rates.For some locations we can provide a same-day or guaranteed next day delivery on request and on payment of a delivery surcharge. If your requirement is urgent then please contact us and we will be happy to discuss options and costs.Our courier now requires a signature on delivery for all orders. They will attempt delivery on two consecutive days, leaving a card with their contact details each time. After the second attempt they will hold your order for a further two days for you to contact them to agree a delivery date. If they do not hear from you they will return your order to the warehouse. If the tiles are returned and have to be re-sent from the warehouse there will be an additional delivery charge. Please note that time is not of the essence in our supply of goods to you.
Delivery Schedule Deliveries are typically made on weekdays by our courier. For some small orders we may send by Royal Mail.We can arrange weekend delivery on payment of a surcharge.
Back OrdersWe do not currently take orders for items which are not in stock.
Tax ChargesFor orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card SecurityAll credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.We handle all our credit and debit card payments through Streamline. Streamline is the leading provider of merchant accounts in Europe and handles around half of all card transactions. It is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with the goods you purchase from us. It is for this reason we send samples of our tiles for free, and we would strongly recommend that you take up this offer. If, however, you are not happy please contact us. If we cannot resolve your concerns then we will accept return of the goods. Our returns procedure is: 1) You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return them. 2) We will issue you with a return reference. No returns will be accepted without a return reference. 3) It is your responsibility to take good care of the goods and you will be responsible for returning the goods to us. It is important that you make sure they are wrapped in such a way that they are not damaged in transit. Please remember that as the goods still belong to you until we receive them you may want to consider using a service that includes proof of delivery. 4) It is your responsibility to return the goods to us. 5) If you are unable to make your own arrangements for return of the goods then we can make this arrangement for you using our normal courier - Interlink Express. We will advise you of the charge for doing this. We will charge you the actual cost of doing this (ie we do not make any profit from collecting the goods from you). 6) When we have received the goods we will issue a refund for the money you paid for the goods and for the money you paid for us to deliver them to you. We will not refund the cost of your returning the goods to us. 7) We have up to 30 days to refund your money from the date that we receive the returned goods. We will endeavour to refund you much sooner than this.
